Refunds, cancellations and guarantees
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Each Pass has its own written guarantee with conditions; the claim steps and what to attach are on the guarantee page. A product without its own guarantee terms is refunded case by case: email us and we will reply.
